It's a lovely place with tons of potential, and the staff is friendly, but need some improvement Positive: The best part is definitely the location—it’s close by car to the city center, and the apartment itself is really nice. The terrace was easily our favorite feature, with an awesome view of Guadalajara. Negative: Check-In: Arriving meant filling out a super long paper form by hand. Having an online check-in option would save guests so much time. Elevator Cards: We were only given one keycard for the elevator. Since you need the card to operate it, coordinating with a group was pretty tricky whenever anyone wanted to go out separately. Bathroom Odor: There was a strong drainage smell coming from the bathroom that didn't clear up, no matter what we tried. Towels & Supplies: The first batch of towels smelled like humidity, and didn't absorb water well (though to their credit, the staff was super friendly and swapped them out right away when we asked). Also, leaving only two rolls of toilet paper for a group staying several days was a bit light—it'd be great if they checked in on guests or stocked more based on group size.

Positive: El excelente trato del Host, su atención y apoyo durante toda la estancia es muy buena. El equipo de seguridad del edificio son muy agradables y amables Negative: Todo está excelente

Positive: La ubicación fue excelente para los lugares a dónde me iba a dirigir, las camas super cómodas, tienen mucha vigilancia y es un lugar muy tranquilo, sin lugar a dudar lo recomiendo mucho. Negative: Que por un par de hrs no tuvimos agua solo en el WC, se solucionó pronto, peor en el momento andar preguntado y demás quita tiempo. También una persona de vigilancia (mujer) un poco menos atenta, el olor de las coladeras en momentos desagradables pero creo que es normal en la zona porque me ha pasado en varios hoteles de GDL.
